After two weeks our carpet looked far worse than before Lou's Carpet Cleaning "cleaned" our carpets. The carpet also continues to stink from whatever cleaning solution they used and likely did not wash out completely. The staff tossed the dirty water out onto our deck, splattering our deck furniture instead of walking a little farther for more appropriate disposal. Additionally, we were overcharged for the job and when we attempted to resolve the situation with the owner, Lou, he responded with lies about what he had said and the work that had been done. We got burned by this guy!
