I don’t normally write reviews, but Lincoln surveying deserves one! I have now known Mark Lincoln for 3 years and he is a honest and caring human being and an excellent surveyor.

When we bought out property, it was in one piece. However, here in Dekalb County, the county doesn’t operate in a logical and organized way so the next year the GIS department separated the parcel our house sits on into two with no input from us at all and out tax bill nearly doubled. You would think they could just correct their error, but no, not in Dekalb County…. It is quite an administrative nightmare to put it back together which required our title insurance to hire both a lawyer and a surveyor. Mark Lincoln is the surveyor hired by our title insurance.

Despite this very unusual and frustrating situation, Mark has been punctual, polite, and knowledgable in helping us through the county bureaucracy. Many times along the way, it was the county that was more than unreasonable, but Mr. Lincoln continued to advocate for us and make changes to help get our parcel recombination to go through. I truly credit him with helping us get our property back in one piece and the cost savings that come along with this. I know he went well above and beyond what he was paid for and hung in there when any other surveyor would have thrown up their hands at the ridiculousness of Dekalb County.

In conclusion, I would highly, highly recommend Mark Lincoln. I would not highly, highly recommend dealing with the Dekalb County Planning Department related to fixing errors in a timely manner (3 years) but if you do have to deal with a department like this, you want Mr. Lincoln to be your surveyor for sure.

I live in a new subdivision and unfortunately did not get a survey prior to closing although I knew close proximities. I am now in the market for a fence and wanted to ensure I knew my boundaries and needed to have this knowledge in general. I called Lincoln Surveying and was told upfront (same day within minutes) what my price would be and what to expect the day of the survey. I also received a courtesy call the week of the survey to ensure I still wanted the work performed. Mr. Lincoln and his co-worker were on time, polite and very professional. Everything was explained to me as we walked the property and I am now very informed. Mr. Lincoln went above and beyond to ensure my overall experience was great. I am a stickler for details and not easily wowed, but I must admit I am pleased with how well I was accommodated and treated as a customer!! I highly recommend using him.

My home is new constr & this is my 1st property survey. I called a few Surveyors & most gave me a high price & told me I didn't need to be home - that made me uneasy, I read some reviews on Lincoln Surveying that caught my attn. I needed property staked for fence & needed a plat of my home for HOA approval. Mr. Lincoln was attentive to my goals & put me at ease. Appt was scheduled on Sat. to make sure I was home so he could explain all property stakes. He provided me plat for HOA to approve & all went as scheduled. Called before arrival & showed up on time. I was very impressed with Mr. Lincoln's experience, he definitely know this business. Property lines were accurate - one of the orginal property markings was buried deep from when home was built & they located it at the very place they were staking at corner. Wow what accuracy! Thanks to Mr Lincoln I understand each stake. I highly recommend Lincoln Surveying you will get a co who is experienced, cares & affordable price.

Mark and his team did an excellent job. I called his office on a Tuesday, he was onsite by Friday, and I received my plans the following Wednesday. I would strongly recommend his company.

I highly recommend Mr. Lincoln's company. There were very few surveying companies with reviews, so I was taking a chance on Lincoln. Mark Lincoln did his research, quoted a price range, scheduled an appointment and answered all my questions on the same day. He even was able to get the work done earlier than scheduled. His crew was very professional and completed the work carefully. The final invoice was within the range quoted. Easy, professional, friendly, and a good value - what more could you want?

Mr. Lincoln is very professional. He explained all that he would be doing, the time it would take, and the cost of the services. He followed up with any questions he had and was prompt in the work he performed. I would use Lincoln Surveying again and would recommend the company without any hesitation.

Excellent experience. Mr. Lincoln completed a survey of my property. He was very easy to work with. He quoted a base rate over the phone and explained that he would need to do some research on the property before determining the exact fee. He asked several questions about the property and to determine my need, i.e.: just corners or interim marking for possible fencing. He called me back in a timely manner and quoted a final fee which I considered to be very reasonable. He showed up when he said he would, clearly marked all four corners of the property as well as interim points, and answered all my questions. His invoice was very easy to understand and the fee was as agreed at the begining of the job.

Lincoln Surveying assisted me with a 2.5 acre industrial zoned tract boundary and topographic survey with a right of way abandonment issue. Very prompt and professional. Excellent surveyor. Professional fees very reasonable. Worked well with all parties to bring project to a sucessful conclusion. Use Lincoln Surveying, Inc. if you want your property properly researched and coordinated with adjacent property owner plats and deeds.

This guy is not professional. When calling to get a quote on my property which is much less than half an acre to get my property corners found and staked, he said he needs to do the research but his min. Is 250 I said ok that sounds good I don't want to exceed 250 . He then said well you need to call someone else. This is a scam do not reccomend.
