Leo Smith is a lying piece of crap that has no regard for the damage his lies cause. He judges the truth by what he believes it is and not by the facts. As an investigator he can’t be bothered to do a simple thing such as check a roster to find out where an employee was assigned on a certain day, instead taking the word of another employee. He also threatens witnesses to get them to say what he wants them to say so that it fits his idea of the truth. Don’t believe me? I have the proof on video, though everyone wants to bury it because Leo’s such a stand-up guy they cover for him. Don’t worry though, you can continue to take these comments down but you’ll have a harder time with the billboard that’s going up about this. And Leo will do nothing about it because he knows if this case ever comes up and makes it into a court room the truth about him will be revealed.

The only reason I gave this business one star is because the Yellow Pages won't let me give a lower rating. If you want to see a representation of Leo Smith's investigative work ask him for investigation PS-11-017. If Mr. Smith declines to give it to you, you can kindly remind him it's a public record. Chances are, he won't want to give it to you because it may make him look bad. In this investigation you'll discover how a detective employed by the Marion County Sheriff's Office gives a statement regarding an incident that he witnessed that no illegal activity occurred during the incident. The witness at the scene also stated that no illegal activity occurred during the incident, which corroborated the detective's statement. Mr. Smith was also told by Asst. State Attorney Ric Ridgeway that there was a lack of evidence to support a charge for a criminal act but, apparently, Leo Smith did not believe the detective who was actually there, the witness, or the Asst. State Attorney and decided to investigate further. 8 days after the incident occurred Mr. Smith tracked down the witness in this case and conducted an interview. During the interview the witness's statement changed. When the witness was later interviewed on video recording and asked why her statement had changed she claimed that it was because Leo Smith had threatened her. I currently possess this video and will gladly show this to anyone who requests to see it for themselves. I have contacted the Marion County Sheriff's Office regarding the video but, as Mr. Smith does investigative work for them, they refuse to investigate it any further. I will simply say this: If you don't believe this, request investigation PS-11-017 for yourself and read it. Then, if you wish to view the video or have any questions regarding the case please contact me or leave a comment. One last thing to consider: If this writing were not the truth Mr. Smith would have a legal action against me for defamation of character and this information would have to be removed from this site. This won't happen because what I have written is the truth and Mr. Smith will not take this to court because this case would be reopened and subject to scrutiny, which is something he does not want as what I have written would come out.
