Our refrigerator freezer began to thaw out and the food was going to spoil. We called Jeremy at Lehigh Valley Repair, he came to our home at the time promised and called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Once here, he tested all components of the refrigerator and determined that the defroster was not working. He also noticed that the previous repairer who had fixed it prior, used parts that should not have been used in our refrigerator and were from a completely different machine. The work done by the other repair company was not up to par and wasn't done right.



Everything that Jeremy did he explained and made us feel at ease knowing we had chosen the correct repair company for our job. We are very grateful for his prompt, courteous and efficient service. I would definitely recommend Lehigh Valley Repair and Jeremey for any of our future repairs.
