Customer Service: A++ Towing Department: A++ Knowledgeable/Reliable: A++I was driving on I-275 and of course my car stalls out. Not to mention... I thought that this problem was fixed when I paid $380.00 last month at a local repair shop. I pulled over to the side and called AAA. Lee's Auto Collision Center, that's the label that was on the towing truck. The driver stated that my vehicle would be towed to their shop and if I wanted, the staff could look into the problem. We pulled into their lot, Mr. Lee and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They looked into my car and told me that the fuel pump was the problem. I didn't want to spend more money and then end up on the side of the road again. The mechanics showed me the problem and explained that fixing the fuel pump will solve the stalling out problem. I didn't want to write this review until I was sure that my car was running without any problems. Its been about 2 months now and the car is running great! No problems.

The customer service is wonderful. I would definitely recommend Lee's Auto Collision Center!

My daughter had a water pump problem on Bruce B Downs at the Hess near USF. AAA sent a driver from Lee's. He was fast and friendly. He helped my daughter and then towed her car to our mechanic. I feel the service was excellent and we really appreciated his professionalism.
