I have an old car which is not even well known by many people and after searching for quite a while for a windshield I got nothing. That is until I called lees custom and he hooked me up in just a day with even better pricing than safelite. I recommended this place highly to all who cannot find a windshield. Great service and quick at that.

Cracked windshield replacement.



I brought my wife's 2006 Honda Accord in for a windshield replacement. I spoke to Lee directly in the morning, and before I was off the phone he had the window on order and said bring the car in and he would have it done by 3pm. Sure enough I picked the car up around 3p and was very pleased with the work. The window was installed perfectly and looked great. They were even able to get the inspection sticker off the old window and onto the new window (looks kinda tricky). Again great customer service, professional installation and I paid what I was quoted. I am very pleased with my experience. thanks Lee!

Have a 2002 Dodge Ram that had the sunroof blow off the truck on the bridge tunnel. Lee checked it out and although capable of replacing it at tune of $1,000.00 plus Lee researched the mmake of the sunroof and has referred me to another repair shop that will replace my sunroof under the manufacturer warranty resulting in me having to pay nothing. This customer service is unreal will be back if I have any problems with glass in my vehicles in the future.

I have 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT that had an after market sunroof that no longer wanted to retract as well as started leak profusely. I could not find anyone one the peninsula who could fix it, but was told by a car interior vendor in Newport News to try Lee's Custom Appearance and BOY was that right move. Lee removed the old antiquated roof and put in a new one that compliments the look of the car. BUT more importantly, he re-did the head liner and it looks SOLIDLY AMAZING. The guy is the BOMB--a true professional in every since of the word. Is he also good conversationalist with a wealth interesting stories. Check the brother out, you won't be disappointed.

This year, for my birthday, my awesome fiancé took our Mazda 6 to Lee's Custom Appearance for window tinting & to get the vanishing pin stripes re-done. I couldn't have asked for anything better! Lee did a wonderful job ensuring a thorough curing of the window tint. He even went a step further, when re-doing my pinstripes, by extending it to both sides of the front of the car. "The 6" looks even more "sleek" & the added pinstripes gives it its own flare. The service & quality of the work are just 1 positive aspect to our experience. We were also fortunate to meet Lee to thank him for providing such great work. He is the most "down to earth", hardworking, personable guy! Having done all of the work to our car himself, his main concern was our satisfaction with the job he'd done. And we are highly satisfied! We will definitely be going to Lee's Custom Appearance to have work done on all of our vehicles. Great place!

I made my purchase decision based on the fabulous reviews on YP. I was given an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and my work started right on time. Lee said it would take about 90 minutes and he was pretty close. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. I will certainly recommend his establishment to my friends in the future.

After an unfortunate break-in, I recently had my windshield and passenger window replaced on my BMW X5 at Lee's Custom Appearance. They did a fantastic job in providing quality work with great customer service! I was informed each day of the status of the parts that were ordered and provided with a daily service update as well. The entire process was quick and easy and more importantly the quality of the work done on my vehicle was excellent! I highly recommend Lee's!!

Great customer service, great price, and quick. I called to schedule in the morning and he verified inventory and then scheduled me in the afternoon because I had a morning appointment. After I showed up he started right away and was done in less than 1.5 hours. When I asked about tinting the top part of the windshield he told me the law requirements and insured that I knew what I was going to get. He also told me about future problems that I would have to address later on. He referred me to a body shop that would be good at doing the future repairs. Total package customer service. I was totally satisfied. Highly recommend doing business with Lee.

I had the motor on my window replaced at Lee's over 2 years ago and after I started having issues with the window I took it back and he took a look at it. At first he thought it was the motor but before he replaced it, charging me for it, he tested and found that it was not the motor but the switch. I appreciated the honesty and the good customer service. I would definitly be bringing my other vehicles to Lee.

I Googled "auto glass repair" and Lee's was listed first and rated the highest. After having my windshield replaced by Lee I understand the rating. Lee's service was very professional and his work was excellent. Lee discovered what must have been a design defect in my model car. So, not only did Lee replace my windshield he also fixed the total problem to avoid any future problems. I can't recommend Lee highly enough. He is a top-notch professional and a really nice person.
