3 out of 14 windows are allowing water to infiltrate our home. We collected close to 2 cups of water. Terrible customer service, Lawson doesn't take responsibility for their product, lacks integrity or they would work with us to resolve this issue. I was under that the new technology not only withstood hurricane five winds, provided better insulation and was water resistant too. 2 months later and we could grow a vegetable garden in the inside track of our impact resistant windows. I have a 2004 Lawson Inc. French Patio door. Some weather striping were not installed, since new and the other are deteriorating. There is not a way to buy this striping in HD or L, I also went to different area door/windows hardware shops, no help. It's a kind of strips which is not glue to the door, but placed inside a 1/8" approx groove.

So I try to contact Lawson direct, awful customer service. Phone is answered by a Receptionist who said that they don't sell parts, I asked to be transferred to some one with technical knowledge, nobody pick the phone.

I wrote to a Sales Representative, and he gave me my first tip in two month: Google it....

I gave up after so many time and start searching for other solution. So my opinion: Lawson will not care of You just because You are a customer. If possible, stay away!!

Your nuts to buy from them they have dealers that do not no any thing about there products sold me windows that do not fit opening did not give me the low-e for the sun will not make them right there sales engineer measured them twice and still do not fit so stay away from Lawson windows I have lost a lot of money because of them

I ordered a Lawson door from a Lawson dealer. The door was off by 4" when it was delivered and installed. Lawson said it was my problem not theirs. It has been a nightmare. If you are going to spend a lot of money on custom windows and doors, Lawson is not going to stand behind you. Beware.
