Expensive. My fault, gave me a quote up front. I said yes. Two hours later, I pay the bill for 675.00 including some small parts.
Disappointed.

Jeffery Lawson contacted me back. (referring to the billing, not this review) and lowered the bill to a very reasonable charge. I' very happy and will use Lawson Family Plumbing again.

The dispatcher was friendly. Toni did a great job eventhough it was late on a Saturday evening. I would recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for your plumbing emergencies.

I live out if state and made an appointment based solely on the reviews. Mike was professional, thorough, and gave me great suggestions. If I could give them 10☆ they definitely would deserve it!

Jeff Lawson, Jason and Kevin are my knights in shining armor. We had a leak under our slab. After another plumber came in jackhammered our foundation then charged us $800 and two weeks of no hot water to tell us he couldn't do the job, Jeff, Jason and Kevin came in and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to reroute our pipes. He also installed a new water heater, filled in the damaged concrete from the previous plumber and salvaged the drywall they had to remove to reroute the pipes, all for his VERY LOW quoted price. He could have easily charged me twice as much. The guys were so professional, friendly and had the most positive attitude. I actually enjoyed having them in my home, even though they were cutting holes in my walls. Within 7 hours I had hot water again. I wish I had called Jeff first. He has a customer for life.

I had to shut my water off with the main valve next to my house. When I tried to turn it back on...I couldn't. It was early Saturday afternoon and I had no water. I made several calls and left messages. No response. Finally, I got tired of waiting and saw Jeff Lawson's name and called him. He answered the call and was at my house pronto. The best thing about Jeff Lawson is that he did not charge extra because it was a Saturday. His technition ran into a problem and Jeff personally came out to help him. They stayed until the job was finished and the stayed with their quoted price! In this day and age that is unheard of. I am now a raving fan and I highly recommend there services. They are the best!

I live in Texas and my Aunt and 102 year old grand mother live together in Mesa.

Yesterday I received a call from my Aunt. She was crying and hysterical.

"I thought grandma had passed away" After calming her down I found out the the cause of the hysteria was the tank on the toilet had broken. I told her how to turn off the water and calmed her down. I then called the local huge "H.D." hardware store and they told me that the tank was no longer being made. After finding out that the job was more than a 74 year old would be able to handle I started calling plumbers that advertised senior discounts and was quoted up to $575.00 and on my lucky sixth attempt I found Jeff at Lawson Family Plumbing. Jeff gave me a quote that was less than half of the others and the toilet was designed for the elderly. He said he could have it installed the same day and I agreed to hire him. A couple hours later he called me to explain that the toilet I wanted was not in stock and I would have to wait until tomorrow. I explained my concerns over grandma's poor eyesight and the safety concerns of no tank on the existing toilet. He then told me he did have a regular standard toilet and and it would be cheaper. So I agreed and asked him if he could still install it today and he said he would stay late and make sure the job was done.

Here is where the story get's really good!!!

When he was done installing the toilet late that night he called me me know he had finished. I asked him how much the total was and he said................................... THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE!! Yes you heard me correct! NO CHARGE!

So for those of you who believe that honesty, kindness, generosity and good will towards others does not exist have not had the pleasure of doing business with Jeff and Lawson Family Plumbing!

So happy I called Lawson family plumbing. They replaced my broken water heater after hours and did it quickly and efficiently. They gave me a good deal on a new one and had my water back on in no time. I will recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. They are a great company and I would advise you to skip the others and go to the best. Lawson Family Plumbing!

We are property owners from out of state and when our property manager said we had to replace a water heater for a very high price, because it was all corroded and not functioning we called Lawson Family Plumbing. They went to the property prepared to change the unit but discovered that our property manager and his plumber were not telling the truth. They made the necessary repairs to the unit for one tenth of what the "other guy" wanted. It's nice to know that there are still Honest and Reliable people out there like Lawson Family Plumbing that you can trust. We'd rate them a 20 on a scale of 10!

I was very impressed with how quickly he showed up to fix my toilet. Had a leak and he fixed it the same day, even came to our house after work so we could be home. Great service.

You want honest, reliable, and great service call Jeff Lawson! OMG..He is the best! Hot water heater went out on Sat am..called the big boys, George Brazil, Chas Roberts then called Jeff.. The best enegry effeicent product, best warranty and was out in 4 hours. Went over and beyond service for us. Removed wet drywall, cleaned area with clorox to prevent mold and placed pan under water heater...all those litte extra things. Just the nicest person. He will be our "plumber" for and future plumbing needs.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff. He came to the house to replace a leaky water softener as well as install a Reverse Osmosis system. He was on time, professional and very knowledgable about all products. His price quote was accurate, as was the length of time he estimated he would be at the house. I appreciated Jeffs service and kindness and will certainly call him for any further plumbing related issues. Thanks Jeff!

To Whom it may concern, I received excellent service from Jeff L. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything in great detailed that had to be done to replace my 22year old water heater. When he was done replacing my water heater you could not even tell anything had happened other than a new water heater. Lawson Family Plumbing Has earned a customer for life. Thank You
