Not recommended for projects in residential areas. Poor communication skills and no regard for how a project may impact people who live near the work site. A sidewalk installation led to complaints from residents, including one incident where an employee in a leadership position ended a conversation by maneuvering an excavator, instead of using words or deferring to the project manager.
