Do Not Go To This Store!!!
Service Is Absolutely Teribble!!!
I had made an appointment for myself to try on three dresses one of them which was to be brought from a different store. Once i walked into the store the day of my appoinment they did NOT have the dress i had asked for.. they told me i was only allowed to try on one dress even though my appointment was made to try on 3. Now let me get started on the fitting of the dresse. So i had to try on one and whether i liked it or not i was stuck with it. So i had to choose between the 2 dresses that they did bring for me. Once i chose it. I was treated terribly by the lady in the fitting rooms. She was not gentle at all once she tried on my dress. She was pulling me so hard on the corset i was moving around like a mop, and im not fat at all. She was not gentle once so ever. I do NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!. If i had a choice of giving this place zero stars i would. Never ever in my life coming back to this store.

do NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! There is a lot of store out there that make Quince dresses that are WAY better! I will NEVERE recommend this store to anyone unless you don't mind getting ripped off! This store SUCKS!!! I ordered a dress in NOVEMBER 2014, I specifically told them I needed it in AUGUST 2015 that is why I am placing the order early. It is now August 2015 and they keep giving me the run around. The dress is not ready at all. The "Manager" tells me one story and then "so called OWNER" tells me a different story on why the dress is not ready. They never get the story straight. The next thing is WE are suppose to pick out the Accessories as well, and we were told that the Accessories are completed and done.??? How is that possible? We haven't even picked anything out yet. They take it upon themselves to do what they want and expect the customer to deal with it even tho its not what was ordered and then EXPECT the customer to pay for something that was not done correctly. They do nothing but LIE, LIE, LIE. The "owner " is extremely rude If my dress is not done by next week, We will be taking LEGAL ACTION against this store.

I would absolutely agree service was horrible! I had an appointment at 7:30 for my daughter to try on a dress and of course they had scheduled someone else at the same time but I was patient. Then when it was my turn the guy "Mr. Snob" made a comment it was late but that was not my fault that they scheduled two people at the same time.. Well of course the dress they said we could try on was not available because it had just sold that day.. how convenient! He just didn't want to bother taking dress down. So he basically said he had this one dress we can try on either take or leave it. What a jerk! I will not be doing any business with them. They need to work on their communication skills.

horrible service

Never again, and that I have another daughter next in line to prepare for a quinceanera! The dress came out beautiful, I'll give them that, but their service there is horrible. They're snooty "manager and so called owner" couldn't get their story straight and not willing to fix the mistake without charging extra of course! I heard this location wasn't that great, and that other people had issues with them after the fact, but it was too late. Next time I'll just drive to the Dallas location.
