Started good (2014-2016) but then dropped the ball huge this year. Claimed they came up and sprayed on a rainy and windy day as the reason the application didn't work this last go round. Said they would spray again or inside if needed. The day they claimed to be on the property my father was present and didn't see them come or go. Flys were awful. When they do come and apply properly the results were great. I agree with Cindy they have been bad at returning my calls / texts. Price is great, product works, but useless if they don't come or apply it correctly. Customer service is awful. I'm paying more and going with a different vendor. I'm trying the bug blaster.

I know of several people, including us, who have been VERY pleased with this business over the past several years. Keep up the good work, and Thank You!!
