I had them come and give me an estimate. They tried to sell me a self draining system. The other 2 estimates I had out didn't offer that. So I did my research and called the village and you can only have a licensed plumber or certified with the health department. come to shut down the system. My neighbors have a standard system and have never had a problem. My honest opinion is why hire a company that has no idea what the Illinois state law requires. And has no problem installing this system and letting me get fined.

Krupske Sprinkler's customer service is bar-none! I recently had an issue with my sprinkles not working (my fault) and I wrote them a quick email in the morning and within an hour they were on the phone and also out to my house to check to see what the trouble was! Now that is great service with a smile too! I've had my sprinkler system for 12 years with them and I'd highly recommend if you are thinking of getting a sprinkler system, see this company first and foremost, you won't be disappointed! I have been a long time customer of Krupske Sprinklers. They have the friendliest staff. Our system works great and has for almost 9 years now. The "self draining" system they install is superb. I can shut it off for winter in 5 minutes.
