Stay away!!!

The tech - I believe named Steve, showed up and smelled like drugs. He did not know anything about our phone system - It seemed like I was paying him to learn how to make changes. Sent a large bill (3+ hours), for a job that has been done by another company in the past in less than an hour. It seemed like he was reading the manual the entire time for a simple phone move.

Cost-effective

This company was highly professional and pricing was very competitive. Service was available after hours on short notice. Technician had 30+ years experience. Very friendly.
