Mr. Rocky R, Andy is only an employee of our company; if there was an issue with a job then we would've appreciated it if you gave our office a call and let us assist you in resolving the matter rather than writing us up on the internet so as to affect our overall reputation. We were not aware that you had an issue and we sincerely apologize for the negligence and misconduct exhibited by our staff but assure you that, that is not how we do business.

Very disappointing, bunch of crooks specially Andy, they will say anything to get the business then you can forget about your money
