He will conduct lengthy discovery, including interrogatories, requests for the production of documents, and depositions, charging you a great deal of money to prepare documents that he simply have printed from his word processor with minor changes. When I was at the courthouse, there was huge blocks of time when he leave me alone while he negotiated or just swap stories with my spouse's lawyer.
