The below review is dead on, we live out of state and we were trying to selected a company to cut a few trees down at our property... After trying to finalize things, we received a call for our renter that Kelly Outdoor were already there and cut down all the trees and their equipment was left onsite... After several attempts we found out the equipment broke down and they did the job without written consent... We were surprised to say the least, we told the gentleman that we would pay within five days so a family member (cousin) could see the property before submitting payment, for the next five days, we started and other members of our family started receiving calls at 7:00am in the morning from the owner cursing and threatening to dump the trees back into a lawn... Extremely unprofessional, would never recommend this company...

Victor J. said it best with his review. Check Osceola Court records on this company. They've been defendants a few times now. I really don't know how they stay open with such poor attitudes towards customers. My experience? I called about service several times but never got a call back. I came home one day to find them working on my property. We had no contract and I was not aware they were coming. I agreed to continue the job but that was a mistake. At the end of the job I requested to clean up the mess to which I was met with profanity and told I should be thanking Kelly Outdoor for the good job. They refused to clean up anything. There were a few harassing phone calls to my family in the middle of this somewhere. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Something is very wrong if a business can't figure out who the customer is.

Very unprofessional! Nasty attitude and very little understanding while explaining things. The owner has a one track mind and doesn't hear anything else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! I finally had to call the police to get him off of my property before it ended bad. The guys that work for him are great they just work for an arrogant a$$. The work they performed was good and fast, but the attitude that the owner brought along with it is not worth it!!! He can suck it!!!! If there was a way to give a negative star I would.

Will not return calls and/or answer the phone. Been trying to get ahold of them for like month now. Not impressed. Going to take my business elsewhere.

A very professional Job, the correct equipment used.

The team lead by Irvin Kelly III were able to Multi Task efficiently. A 40FT Oak tree was cut down and removed, palm trees pruned and a portion of lawn re-soded in a few hours.

I highly recommend KELL OUTDOOR for any landscaping project.

Kelly Outdoor has done major tree job and much more at my several different properties. I am a completely satisfied customer and fortunate to deal with such a hustle free, no worries tree service business. I can leave matters in their hands and I know the job will be done right. I would recommend this crew to anyone, regardless of if you have a multiple commercial properties or residential..

Came out right away, Did a professional job. Would call these guys again.
