When you need towing assistance it is usually because you are in trouble, not in a good mood and wish it were otherwise. However, when you receive the superior response and service I received from KAR Towing the evening of 01/05/2016 it helps to calm the spirit and put things back in perspective. KAR Towing was dispatched by AAA to our location when I needed our vehicle towed to a dealership after an unfortunate problem on the road. The truck showed up almost 3/4 hour earlier than AAA estimated and John, the driver, was very courteous and professional. This was a very satisfying experience. My hat is off the John and KAR Towing.
