We had Kaiser repair our roof. They showed up on time and for the most part were careful to clean up after the roof was complete. However 17 months after the roof went on there is evidence of leaks. I thought that they would come and look at it but was informed that for them to even leave the office I would have to pay a $150.00 service charge. After paying this charge they would consent to look at the roof. Then they would advise me of the charges for repairing the roof. I called twice to make certain that I heard correctly. They did a good job on the roof but I will never call them for any repairs.
