I called this company and they never showed up for our scheduled estimate time. They called an hour later to tell me they would head over the following day and were sorry, but I said no. The gentleman then said he would stop by within twenty minutes on the same night of our appt and I let him know we were at a restaurant but would get a carry out to meet with him. By the time we got home, the owner called back to tell me no one would be coming. They not only didn't call to say they would be late - or not able to show once - they asked us to wait twice to not show up.
