This act went into effect in December of 2008 and affects ALL commercial pools. K&A Pools can renovate your swimming pool to be in compliance with the Virginia Graham/Baker Act of 2008 by installing one or more of the following safety devices in your pool: A Special Channel D rain, A Vacuum Alert System or a Special Pump.
