I only regret that I can't give them less than one star. He showed up drunk. Missed a half a rug. Not to mention horrible flutulence. Next time call Stanley Steamer.

Joys carpet cleaners just cleaned my carpet in my townhouse and I will say they did a wonderful job. I had alot of stains from the kids and pets we have running around and Joys was able to get them all out except for a bleach stain (which i didnt expect to come out anyway) So I was more than pleased. They showed up when they said they would and best of all it wasnt more than 100 bucks. I will refer you guys to anyone who needs carpet cleaning and I will be callin you back in 6 months.

I had this company come out to my house last weekend and informed them (in advance) that my carpet was light and had heavy stains. I asked them if someone needed to come out to look at the carpet first, to make sure that they were able to complete the job. They said that it wasn't necessary. They cleaned on flight of stairs and a small bedroom. The bedroom looks the same way that it did before they came ... dirty!!! They told me that my carpet was worn and they couldn't get the stains out. Obviously they don't have the right equipment because I've gotten my carpet cleaned before (with around the same amount of dirt) and the guys didn't have a problem; I just couldn't remember which company it was (unforntunately). I really wished that I had only paid them half the price, I really wasn't paying attention because I was having an argument with my fiance while they were there. Don't make the same mistake I made, unless you just want "on the surface cleaning".

this company does very good work. my carpet was destroyed from my dogs and cats so a friend that used you guys before said you do good work and they were right. Thanks for everything will be referring you and calling back soon!

I called joys carpet cleaners for the first time and I must say I was very impressed with their work. They got to my house on time and did the work better than i could have hoped for! My dog had an accident and we thought we were going to have to replace the carpet but after these guys were done we didnt have too which was definatly a plus! We will be calling back in 6 months to get them cleaned again.

This is the best carpet cleaning company I have used to this day. Their prices were very reasonable, they dont quote you a price then change it like alot of other companys I have used in the past do. Their technician they sent to my house was very knowledgeable and friendly and he did a great job bringing some life back into my carpet that was VERY dirty. I would highly recommend you guys to my friends and family, thanks for the great work!

This has to be the easiest company I have ever worked with. They do great work, they dont overcharge you or tell you one price then when they get to your house its a different price like alot of other carpet cleaners I have used before do. The technician they sent to my house was very knowledgeable and courteous as well. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone you wont be disappointed!

I left this man at my cleaning my capets. I ran out to the store and came back to find him napping on my couch.

My cousin had been telling me about your company, she used you just before Thanksgiving in 2007. She said she just wanted her sofa cleaned, but because you gave her such a good price she decided to have her carpet done too, and if I can recall when I was over there that Thanksgiving I asked her was that new carpet she had, she replied saying no it's just cleaned by Joys carpet & upholstry and she gave me a card. My carpet had been looking so bad I was afraid to have company over so I broke down and decided to call and boy am I glad I did. My carpet looks fantastic and I now have peace of mind.

This company saved my carpets i thought were destroyed from 2 years of lettin the dogs run around on them. they stand behind their promise of satisfaction and fair pricing. i will be refering you to my friends and family.

I had a twenty year old leather sofa that these guys brought back to life. They also made my white carpets sparkle and shine like new again! I was very pleased with these guys and their work. They were prompt and reasonably priced. Thanks!!

joys carpet I just want to say thank you again, being a single parent of three energetic boys who are constantly tracking my carpet up from the out doors whether it be from playing soccor football or baseball I really could not afford to replace my carpet so I thought maybe getting it shampooed and what a job your guys did I really felt I was undercharged because of the way my carpet looked before as compared to what it looks like now .THATS REAL WORK

I am deffinatly pleased with the job I recieved from JOYS Carpet and Upholstery. They came when they said they would, did a good job, and charged a good price. I will call again..Thanks again!

WHEN THEY GOT DONE MY CARPET LOOKED NEW AGIN. IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY YOU COULD REALLY SEE THE DIFRENCE. FAIR PRICES

They quoted me a price. I approved it and when the man was done he tried to double my bill. I'll call them back shortly after hell freezes over.

Great everything, except they never showed up (called to cancel and reschedule) and then never showed up for the rescheduled time. This company does not respect your time so be wary of their smooth talking.

They showed up late. They missed half a rug. I called Sears to come and they did a good job. The only reason I am giving them a one star is it won't let me give them zero.

I called them found the prices outragous. They came over did a poor job and jumped on my check like a fat man on the last slice of pizza. Called them back three tomes never returned a call and never showed up to correct their poor work.
