John Tennis pretended he tried to jump-start the car. Then he told that it was not the battery. Then he told me it would cost me at least $45. When I asked him for what he told he did not want to work on the car. Then he demanded $16 for towing 3 miles above AAA limit.But it was just the battery. He refused to pay back $16 he took for nothing.No towing was needed. He refused even to return $4 for overcharging me.There is a small chance he is just incompetent rather that being dishonest. Then he is a fool who does not admit he makes mistakes.
