I stopped in yesterday curious about new truck pricing, specials etc. after having poor luck finding a used 2500hd. Rolando and Bart spent plenty of time working with me to help me determine whether or not a new truck was reasonable for me. They clearly showed me my costs, offered a very fair number for my trade in, compared pricing to a used truck and definitely listened to what I wanted and certainly didn't try to push me into something just to make a sale. I left with all of the information I was looking for and a lot to think about but the effort these guys put in and their customer first attitude was a breath of fresh air after poor experiences at several other dealerships this week.

I drove 2.5 hours each way from NJ to test drive a low-mileage used Mazda3 that I found at John Sauder Chevy on-line. My overall experience at this dealership was very smooth. The salesman and the business manager were most courteous and professional, and they helped me with my trade-in and purchase very efficiently. The Mazda is awesome and I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

My Chevy Equinox was past due for an oil change. I came in to the Service Dept. Wednesday morning and they took care of me without an appointment. Without a hesitation they took my keys and had it all ready to go in less then no time. Robin the service advisor was very helpful. I will definatly return as a service customer!

Having bought many new and used cars over the past 45 years Sauder is hands down the best overall buying experience we have ever. The used PT Cruiser we purchased was fairly priced and thoroughly checked mechanically. Though the inspection was good on the vehicle the dealer had It inspected and in the process decided the tires were borderline so they replaced all four with new tires. It is rare to find a dealer who would go so far to insure the customer is happy and safe. Our salesman Pat Miller made the whole process seamless. Would highly recommend Pat and the entire sales and mechanical staff.

I am very satisfied with my car buying experience at Sauder Chevrolet in Ephrata. The Staff are very helpful and nice. My salesman, Jim Horst, was very pleasant and not pushy, and the woman in financing, Angela, was also very nice and efficient. I will definitely shop at Sauder Chevrolet next time I am in the market for a new car.

We had to wait a week until the truck was ready. The dealership loaned us a Chevy Volt during that time.
