I have used other towing companies until I called Jim's Towing, now no other companys will do. Jim is a small business man that takes pride in the work he does and information he provides. Thanks Jim!

I locked my keys in my vehicle on a Monday morning at work. I called Jim because I found his business on both Dexknows.com and Google Maps in my vicinity, and ;learned he is a long-time local small business owner in the area. He knew exactly how to get to my location, which is not easy, and arrived within 30 minutes, and gave me a call when he got close so I could meet him in the parking area. He was knowledgable and had clean professional lockout tools. He had a couple options for unlocking my vehicle, and he initially chcose the less invasive/potentially damaging option and worked on it for 10 minutes, until he decided to go with the easy option - he did not damage my vehicle and he retrieved my keys. His price was in-line with what I expected for urban metro service, and he was professional and friendly. I'd recommend Jim to anyone in the St. Paul area.
