Jetblue was horrible. Connecting flight “got cancelled”. It was not announced over the intercom and we were not notified through email or text. Talked to 3 other couples on the same flight and they confirmed we were not crazy. We checked the departures board for 2 hours and the flight was up there, then all of a sudden our flight was off the board. The flight didn’t even show cancelled next to it. When dealing with customer service they would not pay for us to get on another airline and wanted us to fly 3 hours past our destination to catch another connecting flight to our final destination. This was by far the worst flying experience I have ever had. Will never use JetBlue again.

Took a Red eye flight. On time, smooth travels and we even got a hot towel in the morning before landing.

Just flew Jet Blue from Sac to Boston. Experience was fantastic! We originally did not have 3 seats together. The ladies at the gate quickly moved us to a new row with more leg room free of charge so that our party could sit together. The plane was clean and they provided us with "snooze kits" so we could sleep on the flight. Snacks provided were far better than other airlines. Service on the flight was great. Definitely the best flight I have been on in a long time.

I would recommend this airline to anyone. I prefer to fly Jetblue if at all possible.
