Great tree work, terrible customer service. Very happy with the trees, disappointed with our treatment.



Their first visit, I called well before work hours to leave a message that we wanted a large holly tree removed instead of trimmed. No one returned or answered my calls all day and the holly was not removed.



Recently, my husband stayed home from work to tell the crew to not pull a row of holly bushes. My husband is sure he said to keep them, and Mr. Jackson is sure he said to pull them. Ultimately, they were pulled out and it doesn't really matter who was right. Mr. Jackson stood in my yard and fought with my husband about how he was right for 30 minutes. When I called to figure out what happened, Mr. Jackson repeatedly said my problem was with my husband, not with him. He was unwilling to discuss even the smallest discount. When your customers pay you $450 per hour for a service, they deserve to be treated with patience and respect. Very disappointing.

I would like to take this opportunity and thank Mr. Jackson and the entire crew of Jackson's Tree Services for the profesinally done job on our property. They did an outstanding job, from first contact with them to the final clean-up, treated carefully everything in our yard. Would highly recommend to all of our neighbors and friends, and if we need to, will go to them again, that is for sure. They went above and beyond, even protected a tiny little plant that was very close to the one of the trees we had removed. Did everything we asked for, very precise and quick, with not even a sign left behind that we had trees removed. Very friendly, we felt safe and in good hands. We wish all of them the best of luck!

We were extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the entire crew. From the estimate to the clean up, the family run business ran like a "well oiled machine". We would definitely use them again. In fact, 2 of our neighbors already have.
