Jim is one of the nicest gentleman I have ever met. I had called Jim for replacement keys for a 2002 Taurus for my elderly mother who had lost all sets of keys. Jim arrived, and noticed the keys on the roof. He didn't charge a cent. An unscrupulous person may have taken the keys and made new ones any and charged for them - I wouldn't expect anyone to do that, however I would have expected and been fine with being charged a trip charge. I can guarantee you the majority of lock smiths would have charged a trip charge.Now that being said, even before Jim even showed up, I had known I had contacted the right locksmith. His prices were less than others - would have been $165 to make two new car keys with two remotes which included coming out to the house. But even beyond that, just in my conversation with him when I made the appointment, I just had that gut feeling that this was a good guy.

Jim was excellent. Honest, courteous and responsive. I would absolutely recommend his services!

If I could I'd give this guy 6 stars.. lost our keys in Hershey Park at 11 pm on Saturday. He was there within 20 mins of talking to him, and had us on the road within an hour. I have an Acura which apparently needs a re-programmed ignition key, we called a few other places before hand and nobody else could do it. One guy initially said yes but then changed his mind when he couldn't get to an Acura dealership. James (of J&K) said "I guarantee you will have a key by the end of the night" and then backed it up.. for about 60 bucks less than another guy quoted me! He was probably the friendliest, most courteous and professional guy I've ever dealth with in ANY industry. We ended up talking to him for an extra 20 mins or so after he got us up and running. Just a flat out friendly, excellent businessman. He even showed me how to get reimbursed from AAA, which I didn't know you could do. If you're in the Hershey or Harrisburg area, don't even bother calling anyone else.
