We used Integrity Septic Service for a regular maintenance pump today and I'm reminded why I gave him our business again. The owner, Billy, is a one man show and really a pleasure to deal with. I contacted him last week when he was in the middle of a move but he still picked up his phone and got me on the schedule for a window of 9-11 today. He called around 10 to let me know that he would likely be a few minutes late. He was very informative, honest and a pleasure to do business with. We talked for a bit about life in general and I could tell is a really genuine family man making an honest living. I would definitely recommend him and glad to be able to support a small, local business.
