I am very happy with Inphazeelectric. I delt with Tony and he was very nice and very professinal. And very very relaxed. He answered every question that I had and delt very well with with my grandmother that is hard of hearing. I hope that I never have to but if I ever need another electrician Inphaze will be the ones I call..........

The plug in my bathroom kept shutting off the power to my new sauna outside. I called a couple of companies that told me it would be $150 per hour to come on a Saturday. i called In Phaze and Tony answered the phone. He told me he could come in 3 hours at no extra charge. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very dirty and apologized, what a very gentleman apology. within a few minutes he found my problem and informed me of what needed to be done. He ran a new line to my sauna and had to replace the plug in my bathroom. I was very impressed with Tonys knowledge and kindness. I live alone and am 65 and always am a little nervous to have anyone in my home. Tony made me feel very comfortable right away. I want to let everyone know what a real kind and generous person Tony is.

I've never had to call an emergency anything for a problem, though I have had electricians and carpenters come on a normal basis to do maintenance work and repair work to my home. I have shopped around looking for a good electrician for a long time. I have found him. His rates are way in par. I mean flat rate no hidden charges. The price I was quoted on the phone was higher than I paid. My issue was a pretty difficult one, but Tony did not give up, he found the problem and took care of it. He actually cares about his customers. I mean he fixed my door just because it bothered him, or that it might harm one of my children. I'm not saying you will get your door fixed or he'll repair your meat grinder issue. I will tell you this, he will not quit until you kick him out or your issue is solved. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and takes pride in his company. I am sure that if you don't see Tony his workers have this mentality installed in their work ethics too.

Tony, (The owner) came out the same day I call and actually quoted me a price for everything I wanted and a little more for half the price of those other people. In Phaze is going to be my electritions from now on. Plus Tony is a really nice guy!~



AGAIN!!!Tony, owner of Inphaze has now been out to my house a total of three times, for multiple problems that I have had in my new house. this last time he came out was because I needed a specific type of wire and circut breaker for my tankless water heater that I purchessed. He scheduled and appointment but do to a family emergency, (you know we all have them) He was unable to come, he called and guranteed me that he woule be there the next day and he was, not only did he show up as promised, he gave me a generous discount that I know most people, especialy in this economy would not have. I will not call anyone else or trust my elctric to anyone else ever!

I was quoted $250 for a job that In Phaze only charged $100. Wow what a savings! The owner actually did the job after he gave me the price. Very nice guy.

When I called In Phaze Electric I was without power. It was late on a Friday night. I spoke with the owner and he assured me they would find my problem. Their electrician showed up on time within 45 minutes of my call. He was extremely courteous and found my problem quickly. He had my power back on in no time and came back the following day to permanently fix the problem. They provided great service and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call this company for all my future electrical needs.
