I've used this place to clean my business for over a year. Off and on, the cleaning was OK, but the manager there, Sally, has been a nightmare. She is defensive and attacking when you call with even the smallest complaint about something. If the cleaning crew is late or doesn't show up, she is not apologetic and does not take care of it in a nice way. Go ahead and use them if you are desperate, but be prepared for an awkward, nasty Sally who will treat you like you are the enemy at every turn. I'm sick of trying to tell her that "the customer is always right"--she has never heard of that, and will never believe it. She believes in rubbing the customer's face in dirt till they go away. How can they stay in business???????? I have NO IDEA. As the owner of my own business (the one they USED to clean) I know how to deliver 5 star service and give customers what they want each and every time. I will not waste my money on this place anymore, and I suggest you folks look elsewhere too!!
