Worst plumbers around Union are non union

We dealt with Gary and Andy personally they seem to be nice guys but......... They forgot to run the water lines under ground, so they are now in the attic. They forgot to glue the sewer lines under the concrete and now they are clogged. These are the worst plumbers I have ever seen. Of course the union hall says its not there problem. WOW
