The owner, Craig, is a North Shore resident with over 30 years of knowledge in the pest control business. When you call, not only will you talk to the owner but he is also the one who will be taking care of your pest problem. I called him with a large yellow jacket nest that made it's way into the basement and he explained the process and than took care of business right away. I felt the price I paid for his service was extremely reasonable. I told him that I had a mice problem too and he setup me up for the winter and showed me exactly where they were coming in and told me what to do prevent future problems. Craig is very friendly with great Christian values.
