We are very impressed with the doctors and staff of Homeward Bound. Excellent!!!!!

Dr. Kristen Vance, Dr. Jessica Howell, and the entire staff of Homeward Bound Mobile Veterinary Services are amongst the highest caliber team of veterinarians and veterinarian technicians, the best of the best. Their team is comprised of individuals whose dedication, professionalism, medical knowledge, and care of animals is beyond reproach. We recently lost a hospice foster pug, every effort was made to save him. The care and compassion Dr. Kristen Vance had shown for him and the sympathy and empathy she expressed towards my family and I for our loss was absolutely remarkable, you could not ask for anymore. The mobile vet service is not only convenient for the pet owner, but also for those animals who stress about driving in a vehicle to the vet. The mobile vet is especially convenient for those individuals who are multi-pet owners, homebound, lacking transportation, elderly, caregivers, and for those in the workforce. Homeward Bound has the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction down to a science. My cat, Petals, had such a great experience with Dr. Kristen Vance and her staff with Homeward Bound Mobile Vet - and so did I. Petals was so comfortable walking all over the counters and she even jumped from one counter to the next, "checking things out" so nonchalantly. She enjoyed looking out of the window in the van too; it seemed to make her more comfortable. Dr. Vance and her staff are very friendly. I like how she, Dr. Vance, treated Petals conservatively to start, which makes it easy on everyone. Having Dr. Vance come to me makes it sooo easy on Petals - and on me. I have two other cats that I rescued last year - TNR and I just brought them inside. I look forward to continued services with Dr. Vance and Homeward Bound Mobile Vet, because it will be much easier treating the two newer cats at home. I highly recommend Homeward Bound Mobile Vet for your animal care services. Petals gives a 5 Star review all the way; and so do I!

Highly recommended. You can't beat scheduling surgery and have it take place in front of your house. Your pet waits at home and comes home immediately. So much less stressful for everyone.
