Rating is incorrect...if we could get into the negative it would be at least a -5. BEWARE!!! This company is not reliable. We ordered nearly $400 in parts in May of 2008 and it took until Sept. to start receiving them, and we are waiting on a refund because they could not produce the parts advertised. We returned 3 of the same part because it was not the right style, and was damaged and or missing parts. We never did get the right part so we returned everything sent in error and asked for a refund on 11/5...we're still waiting and they received the parts on 11/10! Called again today (12/23) and they said they'd get word to accounting...will update in the new year with progress report.
