The BEST class I've ever been to! I took her classes at Lifetime Fitness in Sugar Land all the time and when I moved, I seriously could not find anything close to her class...not even some dvd's I purchased on amazon. Everything I found were just showing you how to do certain moves and I didn't break a sweat at all :(. What makes Catherine's class so different is you SWEAT! She comes up with the best routines to get that heart rate up. She's super sweet and soooo talented at what she does! It's just like Zumba but with belly dancing instead. Catherine...please put your routines online or make dvd's because I need them back in my life!!
