Hela is swedish for WHOLE/HEALING and yoga for AID is an attempt to promote Karma yoga and give BACK. PARTIAL proceeds of MY teaching GO to provide clean water and a nutritious lunch to about 50 school children in india. I started studying yoga in 2002 in the US and most recently studied with TWO yoga schools in india over a 3 year period. I especially like to work with moms and moms to BE since I was pregnant and with a newborn during MY yoga training in INDIA. THANKS for your support!.
