Don't EVER use this company! I had an appt and they didn't show! I called them and sent them an email and they never responded! Horrible service. I want my money back! I had to add start to be able to post this but they should have ZERO stars!

Never, ever, ever use this company. When they eventually get around to showing up (after being no shows twice before), your house will look virtually the same as before they got there.



I see others here didn't even manage to get them to show up so I guess I should feel fortunate they at least wiped down my counters for what I paid. Oh, and they're rude so I'm not sure why they chose to go with the name "Heavenly."

Stay away from this operation. We purchased a certificate through Living Social, and we have had our appt. re-scheduled THREE times, and each time due to NO SHOW!. They don't even make a call to let you know they aren't coming, only after harassing them, do we even get the re-schedule call. I can't believe how poorly run this business is, or that they are even still in business. We've dealt w/ Groupon, Living Social, Muncharoo, all the coupon type companies, and we do understand if there was an abundance of purchases that makes it difficult to schedule promptly, or if in the event of unforseen circumstances, they are unable to make an appt. as scheduled. However, to have it happen three times, to not even call to let us know of the change of plans, and the overall complete lack of integrity, this in unforgivable.

This group is irresponsible, unresponsive. Changed the time with no warning. Will not answer office phone. Did not show up at all. Waste of money and time. This was purchased thru living social. When notified they were very responsive. To complete this rating i had to give at least one star. My true rating is ZERO stars. Call a company you have heard of- not this one!

They showed up and apparently did almost nothing. Nothing was vacuumed, dusted, mopped or swept. I guess it takes 3 hours to wipe off counters and clean a micowave. I would not recommend ever using this company.

Never showed up for the appointment and never returned my phone calls. Extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Total rip off. I bought a deal on Living Social, made an appt, never heard from them again.

I scheduled a cleaning session 3 times, weeks in advance, and nobody ever showed up. Finally just cancelled my living social voucher as I don't want to deal with this unprofessional business again.
