Our mini-van broke down in at the mall in Deerfield. Hawk's Towing came out in 20 minutes and towed our vehicle safely. My kids and I thank they guys at Hawk's Towing for there help.

My truck was towed to the wrong location!!!

My Yukon needed to be towed - I gave AAA the street address as well as the name of the repair shop I wanted my truck to go to. Having used AAA before, my truck has arrived at this shop twice before (with another towing company) so I was confident it would arrive as planned. The address for the repair shop was verified 4 different times.

Since everything was closed over the holiday weekend I knew it wouldn't be looked at until today. When I called the repair shop they said my truck wasn't there. I called AAA (who again confirmed the address of the repair shop) and then spoke with the woman with Hawk's towing (who again confirmed the address I had given). The woman that called me said the truck was in fact at the address I gave (confirming it again), and that the mechanic needed to go look for it. Then she said "why would we drop it off someplace else?" I've been using the same mechanic for over 20 years...he looked.

After Hawk's representative wouldn't be of any help I had to leave work because I needed to know where my truck was. I went out to the area and drove through every repair shop lot and guess what....I found my truck in a lot of another repair shop about 1/2 mile away.

I called back to let them know I found the truck. When I told her the truck was found and it was in fact at the wrong repair shop she got very defensive of the driver still saying that it was towed to the address I gave. I told her, no, it wasn't and I have pictures to prove it. She continued to tell me it's her job to back up her drivers and she didn't know how my truck ended up there. She never offered to send a driver to take it to the correct location, I had to arrange that myself. Save yourself the aggravation and use another service.
