We purchased a bank owned condo and I contacted Michael to help with getting it fixed up. He did everything from door handles, lighting, plumbing, appliances repairs, and I could go on and on. We had it fixed and ready in four days. There wasn't anything he wouldn't tackle and with a great attitude! He made it fun. I strongly recommend him. He saved us a bunch of money and time! Michael is a very skilled handyman, and does what he says he is going to do. I have had him out on several projects now, and he is consistently top nothc in his work, but even more important (to me) is that he is friendly, professional, and squared away. No hassles, no surprises.

I really appreciate the level of service that Michael provides; he gives personal service, like an old friend - He really is the Happy House Handyman! When I called to get an estimate, he was very friendly on the phone and answered all of my questions, and gave me a real sense that he was looking out for my best interests. Once we scheduled the job, he was running a little late, and he called to let me know - he was only 10 minutes late! Have you ever sat around waiting for one of these guys, and then received a call from them hours after they were supposed to be there? I have had enough of that.



I have an old house and I had a long list of small tasks for Michael to complete, and he did so in an efficient and careful manner, and even identified a few issues with my house that I will need to address at some point in the future. I felt very comfortable having him in my home, and would certainly recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Everything came out great, he didn't leave a mess, and the cost was a bit less than he had estimated. The best part was that he takes the time to explain what he has done. I think this guy really loves his job - just like he says on his website!

We used Michael's services at a rental we had in West Sacramento. He was called on to do a wide variety of tasks, including bathroom demolition and reinstalling the vanity (and new plumbing under it); installing a toilet; fixing a number of doors throughout the house that wouldn't close properly; installing a kitchen faucet; installing new baseboard; installing several new locks; putting in new lights in the kitchen and garage; and even cutting a medium size tree down in the back yard. I'm sure there's a lot of things he did that I have not listed here, and he proved to be invaluable. He's a true cornucopia of knowledge--the guy knows just about everything to do with home maintenance! On top of that, he's a nice man. I highly recommend him.
