I bought a used fridge well over one year ago for a very fair price. This fridge works beautifully with no signs of quitting any time soon. I recently purchased a simple electric range. After having it for two months, things began to go wrong. I called Hansen's, explained the problem and they brought another UPGRADED range the very next day. I recommend Hansen's to everyone.. Friendly, fair prices and prompt attention..

I love these people, they do a wonderful job, I had my refrigerator repaired after being told by anather company it could not be repaired, I went to purchase one from them and I also had an option to see if they could repair mine and if they could not than they would apply the $65 for service to anather refrigerator , well,there was a wire loose on the fan motor and they fixed mine within minutes, THANK YOU

READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE!! Had previously purchased an appliance from them. It came time to purchase another appliance and there was a problem with the item. Not only did they try to fix this but in the end at their request they gave a replacment that was better than the item bought. Will continue to do business and reccomend them, They stand behind the products.

What an awesome place to get used appliances. My experience with them has been very positive from the moment I walked in the front door to when they delivered my new fridge. I will definitely shop there again. Also - love the warranty!

These guys are great. I had two repair companies come out to fix my dryer and both gave me nothing but stupid reasons as to why they could not do the job. I called Hansen and they came right over and fixed the problem in 40 mins. Will use them from now on. Forget about calling all of those clowns out there with 10 trucks on the road because all they want to do is easy jobs and charge you a bundle.
