My wife and I were in a big accident on the freeway last month. The guys from H&R towed our vehicle and gave us a ride back to their garage. It was a hot day and they brought us waters and gave us access to the inside while we waited for our ride. A few days later, when we found out our vehicle was totaled, we realized that we had forgotten to take the license plate. I called and H&R said they would ship it to us since we lived 2 hrs away. I asked how I could pay them and they said not to worry about it. Thanks for taking such good care of us and making our lousy situation a little better.

I was in need of a towing company. Do to the fact I belong to AAA they called Tim's Towing in Linwood MI. They were no help to us. One guy came out and was at our home for approximately 2 minutes and stated he could not do the job and left. I called Tim's again and they stated it could be 30 minutes or up to three hours before they could help us. Our truck had to be towed to Bay city in a specific time frame in order to be serviced before they closed which I told them. I called AAA and told them I would find someone on my own. I called H&R Towing in Standish MI. They were very kind and helpful. They arrived with in 20 minutes and towed our truck to Bay City MI on time and the service was done. I would recommend this Company if you are in need of fast and professional service.

I was in need a towing company to tow my truck to Bay City MI. I have AAA insurance and they first called Tim's Towing in Linwood MI. They were no help to us. These guys really helped me out with a part that I could not find, on a Sunday!. They were patient and kind and I am so grateful that I found this place. Thanks again guys.

Senior came and helped us with our Motor home when we got it stuck in the ditch. The man was patient, caring and super helpful. He went out of his way to help us make sure our camper was fine. He didn't just hook up to it and pull it out, knowing it might tip over. He logistically thought out the process. He didn't damage the camper at all!! I personally recommend H & R Towing!

Always been kind, professional and reliable. No job I've called them for too big or too small. Highly recommend them. I keep them on speed dial, as many times as I've locked my keys in my vehicle they have always been patient and quick to respond. We call them for all our towing and parts needs.

Horrible people, put chains on car even though I did not request or call. DO NOT CALL/USE!!!!!

Our trailer bearings burnt out on our way up north Friday night. After calling local auto shops Saturday morning, H & R was the only one that was willing and able to fix the trailer. They were fast, efficient, and saved our weekend trip up north. Excellent work at good prices. These guys are the real deal. Thanks for saving the day H & R Auto!

the worst place to go will not even warintee their work just want you to pay them all over to do the same crappy work.. screwed me on a head gasket job it blew gasket again after 6000 miles the trys to tell me that is common.
