If I could give this company negative stars I would. Last winter my furnace started making a very loud thumping noise. Because my furnace was on warranty with this company I called them. They told me the fan was probably bent and to shut off the heat in my house. Mind you, it was the middle of January and 30 degrees outside. A technician showed up about an hour later and confirmed what they said on the phone and told us we could not run our furnace until they could fix it. Which would be in about 3 days! Okay, so I'm a little upset it's going to take 3 days, my husband and I blocked off most of the house and had to stay in our room with electric heaters. Finally, 3 days later it's fixed. Exactly one week later, it's broken again. Again, I'm told it will be 3-4 days to fix this problem. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to figure out a way to fix it faster. 3 days go by and nothing. I call the company and the guy on the phone is yelling at me telling me that he does not have a warehouse full of parts and they have to be ordered from Pittsburgh. PITTSBURGH!!!! I could drive there and pick up the part myself in 6 hours round trip! He then proceeds to tell me it's not a big deal and to run space heaters. I asked him if he was going to pay my electric bill and pay to get my pipes fixed if they freeze and burst. He hung the phone up on me. Needless to say, the furnace was fixed that evening. I firmly believe that b/c my furnace was on warranty and they were not getting any cash from me they were taking their sweet time fixing my furnace so they could go out and get their money from their outrageous prices with the customers actually willing to pay them. Then just a few days ago, I'm stopped at red light and I hear beeping behind me. I look in my rearview mirror and behind me is a H-Jacks van with the driver waving his arms around mouthing obscene things to me because I did not turn on red in front of the line of traffic coming at us. Once we turned he made sure to stay far enough behind me so I could not get the van number. This company is horrible and does not care about their customers. They only care about making their money and clearly they don't care how their employees act while driving in their company vehicles representing the company.
