SIMMS towing in a towing for hire company that tows peoples cars from private lots. Once they have your car, they will hold it hostage for cash only payment, which is against the law in Virginia. If they tow your car, call the police to verify that Simms has notified the police that they towed your car ( this another area where they violate ). If they demand cash , tell them it;s illegal. If your only way out is paying them cash, you have a right to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Complaints

Simms Towing & Recovery helped me out when it was raining. The delivered gas to me when I ran out on the highway. Very fast and personable. I recommend them to all of my friends around Richmond. They are my only towing service now.
