I found the people involved with this company VERY rude and, to some degree, threatening. Service with a smile is so much easier than having to deal with this lot of sourpusses. Unfortunately, I had no choice of wreckers to pick up my damaged vehicle. Next time (hopefully never) I will say who I absolutely don't want though...

This is a great company people just don't understand that the company has rules and regulations they are required to follow by law they don't make the prices on toes when it comes to police calls that last comment the guys vehicle impounded because he's part where he should in the Hat part or the vehicle was abandoned so the property owner had it towedand after it gets towed and they don't know it got towed and it sits there there's going to be storage yes people will lie on the come just to make them look bad because it's there fault... I had my car towed by them and the where great nice and help me and they treat my car good and no damage at all the towed my car from Tallahassee to key West Florida and did a grate job

What a crooked lying dirty piece of crap company. Knew I had pip on my vehicle towed to their lot and my insurance wouldnt cver it but held my vehicle till I almost couldnt afford to get it out. friday i called and said i would be there in the am to get my vehicle and i get there and 35. more to open the gate to get my truck on top of storage and crooked towing. not to mention the damage they had done tearing my vehicle onto there truck. my bumper half torn off what a Shi%$# company and for what to rip off people that hardly can make it now. I hope that everyone of you get what karma has in store for you. stay away from this company. they r crooked and liars. they r only going to rip you off as well. and rude. secretary you can kiss my #@$ too. argue I was polite to you and you were rotten. talk about hitting someone when they r down. piece of work u are. hope karma does you well also..............
