We had a negative experience with this organization. During the scheduling process we were told that our area (local to this business) was only done in the AM and they would not accommodate an afternoon appointment.
When the actual appraisal was completed the organization used two distressed properties as the comparable properties to determine the value of our home. When the organization was asked to find two alternate comparable properties the response was NO we will not do that!
My recommendation is to look elsewhere!
