This gentleman contacted my business voicemail on March 4, 2010 @ 1:57pm. He left a very nice message asking me for a quote and return call. My voicemail greeting clearly states that I generally return phone messages in the evening and it will take 1-2 days to respond simply because of the volume of messages I receive on any given day. At 5:55pm that same day (3/4/2010) this gentleman left another voicemail message that was threatening in tone telling me to not bother calling him. I suppose the 4 hours in between messages was not sufficient time to return this gentlemans phone message in his opinion. I am sorry that he felt disappointed in my response time, but again I clearly state that it may take 1-2 days for me to return messages.
