I used other hospices for both my parents and always felt treated like a "customer" instead of a real person with a loved one who was dying. They were supposed to provide services, like a social worker, and we never saw one. The Clergy person was intrusive and overbearing.

When we used Grace Hospice for my Aunt, it was a very different story. I can truthfully say that everyone I met from Grace was like an Angel that walks the earth. They knew exactly what we needed to know about the process and they told us in a very sweet and human way. They really listened to us. The nurses and nurse helpers went "above and beyond" to make sure that my Aunt was always comfortable and we were comfortable too! Whenever the subject of hospice comes up, I tell all my friends about Grace Hospice and that's why I'm writing this. They are the best.

Grace was has very professional employees. They seem to care and do all they can to ensure and maintain a high standard of care and comfort. My experience in this tragic time in our familys life was eased with the services that Grace provided. I dont know what I would have done without the help our family received.
