i am a senior that has traveled with GWT for over 10 years (on day trips or long distance tours). I can honestly say they are the most accomodating, courteous, professional that they can be. Their buses are the cleanest, most comfortable that you would want, and the drivers have no equal.

Golden west travel has rude staff, who do not like children, they would not allow us to use the bathrooms, bring any bags on board, arived at our location late and delayed our departure. The man who drove the bus claimed to be the owner and withheld his name. After spending 4k to charter buses the divers treat passengers as second rate since they have been paid already. I would not recomend this company will never use them again! I suggest any one else to skip them a book with another company.
