Great Job, fast service. Scott and Bob were great. Fixed my problem in about an hour. Price was as quoted. Gave me some good tips to help prevent future backups in my kitchen sink. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks guys.

I called yesterday afternoon and the plumber was here today. It was not an emergency but I got quick service anyway. He showed up at the appointed time. The plumber was nice and courteous and didn't make a mess.



It is G&L's policy to charge a minimum 2 hour service call at $175.00 no matter how short their service call is. I was fine with that. My sink was not draining well and had to be fixed. The sink took less then an hour to fix.



My reason for docking them a star is that he noted the stopper screw was not locked, it should have been when the sink was installed, he locked it for me. When I told him all of my sinks were that way and could he lock the rest of them? He didn't. Instead he offered to show me how to do it. I do appreciate this. Since he said it was simple I watched his instruction. This is not something I consider simple. I will not attempt to do it myself. If I could do that I would have also snaked my drain myself, really.



So I paid for two hours. He worked one. He was unwilling to work that second hour I paid for to do a 'simple for him' task and demonstrate they are a full service company making me a happy customer. Its these little things that make one company better then another and show they care about their customers.This was a PR bonus opportunity missed.



Over all the office gal was nice to deal with and called when she said she would.



If I need a plumber again I would call them.

Plumber came to my house and even had to use my flash light - did not lift a wrench and charged me $156.00 for two hours of labor. Nothing got done and it seems that it will never because I've called them back to find out about the quote he was going to give... two weeks have passed and nothing.



These people go around and charge people without lifting a wrench or a screw drive. Be aware of this company. Deal with companies that don't charge you two hours of labor for 45 min of "look".



When I asked him why he was charging me $156.00 for 45 min of "looking around" he said he was charging travel time too.



Don't ever use this company. They rip you off for a " look" at your problem. Also never get back to you.

When you have pain you call your doctor and when you have a leak in your house you call your plumber. I was referred to this company by my neighbor... I was very impressed with the work that the plumbers did; very clean. The only bad experience was trying to communicate with the woman who answers the phone... she didn't let me finish my sentences and at the end she told me she had to ask all those questions because all the plumbers were busy (I can't understand why she had to be rude) ... To G & L management, great service, but sadly, your customer service sucks!

I recommend this company to everyone. Plumbers do a great job!

I hired G&L Plumbing for my sewer tie in. They worked well in a very difficult environment. They worked very well with my other contractor and did not leave until the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

I have been having problems with drains in both my bathroom sink and tub and needed to get professional help as I have gotten tired of buying those draino stuff to help me with these drain mess. So anyway I went ahead and called a few companies to get me estimates and one of them is G&L plumbing. They were very prompt in making the appointment and came in gave me the estimate which I found to be very reasonable compared to the other contractors so I went ahead and had them fix my problem with the drains. Work was done very professionally and their staff including the office staff were very well mannered and took care of my paperwork/billing in good faith. I recommend this company to anyone!

When looking for a plumber to do the all the water and gas intallations for our new restaurant we decided to go with G & L. It was the best desicion we could ever made. The plumber was on time, very neat and nice. Need to mention, that, when it was time to clean the grease trap we called them too. We had no problems at all. We recommend this company to everyone!

I have used this company in the past many many times and always received a great service. Recently I was in need of a plumber so I called them...for my surprise they have a very RUDE person who calls herself the DISPATCHER, this lady was rushing and did not let me finished my sentences. She sounded aggravated with my call. I was very surprised with her attitude. Drain techs are very nice and clean after themselves -- Plumbers are great! Very knowledgeable! I highly recommend their service. Next time I have a problem I will ask to speak with a manager or the janitor, I know it would be better than speaking with this "DISPATCHER".

I called these guys with a water heater problem. I was expecting that the heater would have to be replaced, because another plumber had told me so. The guy from G&L came in, and within a half hour had the unit running. He asked me if there was anything else that needed to be done while he waited for the water heater to heat up. He fixed a leak under my kitchen sink, and fixed a slow drain in my bathroom. Then he ran some hot water so that the heater would come on again. It did, and has been working fine since. I will definitely use these guys from now on.
