Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS - they are only out to make the big bucks. They hold your vehicles for ransom unless and until you agree to their price. They prowl parking lots at apartment buildings and grab what they can. Think they have agreements w/apartment complexes to make money on your expense.
